Jay is rounding out his 25th year on FCA staff.  He not only leads the Chattanooga staff team but also serves the entire state of TN as a board and donor advancement lead team member.

Laura joined staff in 2012, originally as an administrative assistant but soon moved to a school rep.  She is shifting to primarily collegiate ministry in this 2024-25 school year and will continue to serve the Silverdale campus while also building a college ambassador program.

DuVall joined the Chattanooga staff in 2013, after serving as a volunteer with Nashville FCA and TSU.  He serves our local urban schools and is the ultimate hype man for Chattanooga FCA and the entire state.

Erin joined the Chattanooga FCA team in 2019 and is a key member of our team who keeps us organized, connects and communicates well with our event sponsors, and prays for our team as each field representative is out on school campuses across the 5 county region.



Katie originally joined the Chattanooga FCA staff in 2021 as an ambassador while she completed college.  She recently shifted to being a full time staff member and taking on many of the North River schools.

Abby is serving as our Marketing Specialist, helping share the story and brand of Chattanooga FCA throughout our five county area.

Kenzie joined the Chattanooga FCA team in Fall 2024 with the launch of our college ambassadors program.  She will be working a limited schedule with FCA throughout college to minister to schools in her home county of Marion.
